Never underestimate the power of a BFH. Car looks kinda cool with the
windshield removed. Now all I need is about 50 or 60 more hp to have
some real fun and a big stripe on the hood.
Oh, and the parts for the suspension arrived today too. Hmm, might have
it back on the road by the weekend.
Couldn't resist throwing up a photo on the website.

>Thanks to all for their replies. However, as usual, I have a question
or two. Several of you have suggested taking a pair of pliers and
twisting the bracket itself. I have removed the two offending bolts on
each side rather than just loosening them.
Here's the question: It appears that there is a bolt that attaches the
bracket to the inside of the fender. If I am correct, then wouldn't I
risk damaging the bracket by twisting it with a pair of pliers?

You must remove three bolts. The two lower ones are accessed from the
inside but the third is accessed from the outside with the door open.
It
is in the gap between the fender and the door.
TR4 has only two bolts and I forget the exact configuration since that
was
