Gunst bearing instructions need a home

Some of the folks who ordered the Gunst bearing are having trouble 
detaching it from my email.

Is there something I need to do different for Outlook Express, or better 
yet, is there someone who would be willing to post the new Gunst 
instuctions on their website. It's in a PDF form 589K.
