It'll drop in alright, but there are some differences that'll need
attention.

Well... this is an interesting question. For years (about 10) I had the
remnants of a TR4A IRS chassis in my yard. There are several differences
in the frame that bear mention.

The steering rack mounts are different. The engine mounts appear to be
different. The tranny mount is the same. The upper "cruciform" plate is
totally different. The rest of the frame is close - but you'd need to
fabricate some mounts if the intent was to drop the TR4A body on a TR6
frame.

Probably the easiest way to do the swap would be to modify the upper
criciform plate on a TR250/TR6 frame and then drop the TR4A body onto the
6 frame. Otherwise, you need to make a lot of changes to the TR4A frame to
accomodate the swap.

Believe me - I've thought about doing this myself in the past, but
chickened out. In the meantime, the rusty TR4A frame became merely rust.
Snif snif. It's off to the recycler to be made into new steel. Sadly, so
is the donor TR6 body CC27777U. :-(

It's amazing how fast a 3-inch sawzall blade can reduce a TR6 to ZERO
value.
