I think I've seen a unit that sucks the oil through a small plastic tube 
that you push through the dipstick tube.
Maybe from Harbor Freight?  Of course, this only solves your problem if you 
always change your own oil....

You might get some benifits from penetrating oil (e.g., PB Nutblaster).
