Listers, This has probably been beaten to death before, but do you adjust the valves when the engine is hot or cold? I have seen it stated both ways in various manuals. Another question I have regards the carburetor temp compensators, is there a quick on engine check that can be performed? None of the publications I have read even begin to touch on the subject. And yes, I am chasing some sort of engine sputtering demon that occurs at ~3000rpm. Thanks, Jim Davis 1974 TR6 |
