I'm not sure if there is, but it's not real difficult.
Make sure that you have a good wiring diagram, or take VERY good notes on
where the wires come from.
1. Remove the 5 screws that go through the dash board to the metal support
"behind it"
2. Now would probably be a good time to remove the ground wire from the
battery
3. Shove your hand up behind the Tach and feel for two knurled nuts about
1/2" (or so) in diameter. Mine are at about 7 and 1 O'clock near the
edge of the back of the Tach. These nuts hold clips that clamp the Tach
back into the dash/frame. One of the clips has a wire on it, this is
the ground connection to the tach for all lighting.
4. With the clips off slide the tach out a bit towards the rear of the car.
Now you can disconnect the tach drive cable to the distributor and
remove
the two illumination lamps (about 9 and 3 O'clock) and the Ignition
and Oil press lamps at the bottom.
5. Now you can see (sort of) the back of the Speedo. Disconnect the Speedo
cable and remove that. The Speedo also has the same two nuts that need
to be removed. Additionally remove the trip odometer cable from it's
support
under the dash. Now remove the two illumination lamps, the High beam,
and
Traficator lamps. With all this done the Speedo can be pushed out
towards
the rear of the car. Be careful here as the voltage regulator for the
gauges is bolted(welded??) to the top of the Speedo housing.
6. At this point the real fun begins, On mine the Hazard switch has very
short wires and is therefore hard to get out and/or see where wires go.
7. Remove the wires from the washer and wiper control switches.
8. At this point the dash board should be loose and able to pull back from
the metal support bracket. Be careful when pulling it back, Mine has
plenty of wire length, but the hose to the Oil Pressure gauge was
brittle
and kinked real easy. Bringing up the shipwrights card you might want
to put a new Oil Pressure line in while everything is apart.
9. To put it back together just reverse the order.
10. Before you start any of this make sure you have a wiring diagram
(oops I said that already)
