Hi Andy,
My TR250 is at the body shop, so I can't check it, but I'm the original
owner and I don't remember anything like that. Next time I'm over there,
I'll check it to be sure but I'm 99% sure nothing like that was ever on
the gas cap.
I always wondered about how well that cap would seal if it was ever
upside-down with me in it.
