Differential seals / shop recommendation

I need to have my differential pinion and shaft seals replaced (would love
to do it myself but, per the past posts, it scares me!).

Can anyone recommend a shop in North Alabama, I am in Decatur (near
Huntsville).

So far, one shop quoted $300 - does this sound like a fair price? ( I have
removed and cleaned the unit)

Another shop said a couple hours @ $65/hr if they find nothing else wrong.
