Semi-seriously, I think I remember 450 lbs. as a ballpark figure on the
TR 6 long   block. (Someone please correct me if I`m significantly off
here.)                                   As to your second question,
even though you asked about unladen swallows, be they African or
European, we do know this much- they are woefully inadequate at carrying
coconuts- certainly they couldn`t manage a long block. Or did I read too
much into your questions?
