Jim, Not that I have any experience in this area, but a couple of things come to mind as a possibility. 1. The input shaft may be more the problem than the seal or housing. 2. Is the vent hole plugged? Again, I have no practical experiences in this particular problem, but I can only hope we-the list- can help you find a fix. Four times is an awful lot of "experience".
