Gentlemen,

The Roller Rocker project is complete. We can make them on demand! The
1.75:1 ratio Roller Rockers are available with a two week turn around.
>From the time I receive your check it will be two weeks at the most
before your Rockers will ship! The shipping is included, and the average
is 4 days. If you want them "Hot off the press" say so and I'll ship
them next day priority for a charge, (avg. $25.00).

3 months ago the shop suffered a lightning strike that blew $8,000.00
worth of electronic circuit boards in their MAZAK CNC lathe. Luckily
their insurance picked up the tab and they were back in operation within
10 days.

My first shipment of Rockers was botched by Fed-ex. Some got their
rockers quick! I still have one customer whose rockers have been all
over the country except to his place! He purchased his rockers and has
been very considerate about the whole thing.

Things happen that are beyond my control.

Ironically I sold 7 sets of Rockers prior to the first set being
installed.

I didn't do the rockers for the money! I think I might have made 5 cents
an hour for the effort!

If you will remember there was a discussion about 4-5 months ago
regarding Roller Rockers, and many of you contended that they didn't
offer any performance gains. There were others who claimed that it
simply wouldn't work! There were valve spring demons and camshaft
gremlins that would never permit the use of 1.75:1 ratio Rockers in a
Triumph engine.

I made my 1.75:1's years ago, and I knew they offered a worth while
performance gain! I decided to do it again, and use a contest as a means
of dispersing a few sets for the benefit of a seat-of-the-pants test. I
already knew what the performance gains were! I've had them on three of
my own cars from years ago, for many miles!

Thus far there have not been enough requests for the valve covers. I
have had a few ask if it was too late to "get in" on the order.

Guys...the foundry would love to cast 500 Valve Covers, there is no
maximum. For the price that was quoted "35" is the MINIMUM!

The valve cover orders are going to have to be there before I will make
them. If enough orders do not come in I will return the checks!

I can do the rockers by request; I can't do it with the valve covers. It
is a different manufacturing process!

Best regards,

Jim Swarthout
