A friend has rebuilt several TR6 differentials and he indicates that if you set the differential unit out in the sun on a hot day (I assume that heating one in an oven might do the same thing) the ring carrier will come out without a spreader or drift. Don't know if anyone else has tried this, but would be interested if someone can try it and report back. Thanks. John Shewmake '74 TR6 |
