Ryan, I did a quick write-on my website, but will most likely be
augmenting it with the answers to questions that you and others want -
or that I forgot.
First off, I had a LUK pressure plate coupled with the Koyo t/o bearing.
It was stiff. It was also very sticky. AND it engaged ever so slightly
off the floor. If you drive something long enough you can begin to
rationalize that it's not THAT bad, but it was. After driving a friend
of mine's car a couple of months ago, I was shocked to see and feel how
nice a properly operating clutch could be.
So, to answer your question, the clutch feel is VERY light. Nelson
mentions that next time he may try out the B&B unit. I am not one to
argue with someone with that level of knowledge. It's so nice and light
that it's like driving a brand new car, and I don't mean a brand new
Triumph either.
I'm not saying it's too light, it's so silky and smooth that it's going
to be hard to keep me out of it then next few days. I highly recommend
the combination.

Man is that ever good to hear!!!! I can't wait to get mine, I'm looking
forward to your installation tips. So Ashford, how much softer does the
pedal feel to you compared to before? When working well, my Sachs set
up was still pretty heavy. Nelson says that with the Gunst, the clutch
is smooth but soft.
