engine and trans weight?

All,

Did some searching around for weights on engine and transmission for the -6,
came up with various info on the engine but nothing on the transmission.

I've seen 465lbs and "65 lbs heavier than the Ford 302" (525lbs) for the
motor weight -- any idea which is closer?

Any info on the stock transmission weight, or info on the total weight of
engine thru transmission would be appreciated
