Dick & Irv I agree the speedo is way off relative to the tach. What I was thinking, and I didn't explain myself well again (what else is new), was that if the speedo has been recalibrated for a different rear gear - that might do it. The road speed vs RPM is in the ballpark to where I was running a 4.30 rear gear. Tire size definately affects things also, but man thats a really big jump. Have to be really short tires.
