Dwayne---I have found it less difficult to get a new boot on by folding it back. The extra body of doubling its thickness helps. Once you get it started, then you can open the rolled back part into the rack flange. Vaseline, or the like, will help slip it over, provided you can keep it off your hands! To secure the boots, those long, electrical tie wraps are easier to manipulate than the wire provided with these kits. Dick |
