Hugh-The factory plug is 3/8" tapered pipe. It is doable on the flat, but must be carefully centered and some of the step may have to be ground away. Whatever size you use should be tapered pipe for a leak proof seal. I made a fixture to hold the diff in a drill press, as it is a somewhat awkward lump of cast iron. Berry Price Albany, OR |
