What's up with the cross-drilled rotors? I thought they were a throwback to
the past when pad material was awful and you needed the holes to get rid of
the debris? Also, doesn't cross-drilling result in less heat dissipation
and more fade?

Fine, if all you are looking for is upgraded pads. If you want additional
stopping power I suggest you consider making the switch to Toyota 4 pots on
the front and Alfin drums on the back. Or if you truly want the best I
suggest you check out the kit that Darryl Uprichard offers at Racetorations
out of the UK. It is the finest I have seen and I promise you they will
stop
a freight train. Cross drilled & vented rotors with over size Alfins in the
back. Great combo with stainless steel lines.
