Listers, I am working on my soft top, and am looking at the frame, thinking about the best way to "fix" it up. The "rivets" that join the struts, and act as pivots, need some attention. Can they be replaced with new rivets, or is the best route to use bolts and nuts, and forget the hassle of trying to "peen" over those rivets that need to be renewed? Anyone out there covered this ground before? Just a note to "Jamie"---Welcome aboard, Asheville needs more TR's! Mark Riddle 1972 TR6 Asheville, NC |
