Hi,
I just joined this list. I have a 67 TR4A restomod. I call it a restomod
because a previous owner spliced a TR6 rear clip on the TR4 body. The rear
fenders, Trunk lid, trunk surrounding metal and rear valance are all TR6.
This begs a couple of questions:
1) What would it entail to remove the TR6 parts and replace them with TR4 or
250 parts? Big job or small job? Any input is appreciated.
2) if I decide to leave the car as is, I'm thinking of using a TR4 rear
bumper. Has anyone ever tried to put a TR4 bumper on a TR6? It looks like
the body lines are similar enough, but the bracketry is different. Again,
any feedback is appreciated.
