Hey Listers,
Last night was a beautiful night to drive around in downtown Montreal. Alot
of the streets were closed off because of the Grand Prix and I took the
opportunity to show off my newly restorted TR-6. Being stuck in traffic, I
noticed the smoke was coming out of the exhaust. Not black nor white smoke.
It was a grey smoke but it was everywhere and it smelled bad. My garage said
it was normal and I kind of disagree with him. Even when I pull my car into
my garage...the smoke and fumes are too much. What can be the problem? Also,
I have an oil leak that is coming out of the valve cover cap and somewhere
else. My car didn't pass inspection because of that and the oil was dripping
on the exhaust pipes. The garage told me the leak was from the valve cover
and replaced the gasket. Now there is no leak from the valve cover but from
somewhere else. Is there something I should look for?
Thanks,
Patrick
