Perplexed---According to our resident guru on such matters, Dan Masters, he has said that the FUEL gauge and the TEMPERATURE gauge have identical inner workings. This being the case, take the Temp sender wire and connect it to your Fuel gauge. If the fuel gauge goes up to near the half way point when the engine is fully warmed, this would rule out everything but the temp gauge. No reading, of course, indicates a fault somewhere in the wire up to and including the sensor itself. Dick |
