Hugh: As you correctly pointed out, the front lifting eye is considerably larger and longer than the rear one. I used one of those tilting devices when I pulled my motor and it made the job very easy. However, if I recall correctly, the angle was pretty steep; probably more than 15 degrees. I ended up sending my rocker arm assembly to the Rocker Arm Specialist for a rebuild, so I won't have it back 'till next week. Glad to hear your is coming along.
