John---You are right in that taking a pressure test at this altitude will show lower. Probably about 15% less than at sea level. 75 to 110lb. is still quite a difference among the cylinders. This can cause an irregular 'pull' on the carburetors tho, and contribute to the uneveness of your idle. I don't see this in itself doing any further damage to your engine. Enjoy the summer driving.
