Ok, I'm about to tackle the oil leak on my front sealing block (the aluminum block at the front of the oil pan behind the timing cover) for the second time. I have already put two heli-coils in and thought I had it beat before but to my delight it's still leaking. The last time I dropped the pan. cleaned all surfaces, installed the heli-coils, all new gaskets & wood wedges , even used Halomar. Is there something I'm missing. -- Mitch Seff 75 TR6 Oceanside, N.Y. |
