I have a 71 TR6. I am the 3rd owner and I bought it in 1989 in mint original
condition with 27,000 miles on the clock. Build date is April 71. It has
original Triumph shield lap belts. Chrome bolts are in the wheel arches but
no shoulder belts. I was once docked by a Concours judge for the lack of
shoulder belts on this car. IMHO the lap belts are correct and as original
for this car.
