I replaced my cam this morning with a Good Parts GP2. The cam spins freely before I tighten the 2 bolts on the retaining plate. Once they are tightened to about 16 ftlbs I can't turn the cam. I know that this is wrong. I have removed the plate and cleaned both the face of the front plate and the retaining plate. This didn't help. Anybody had this problem? Any suggestions?
