Hi,

Actually, the stock seats are fairly comfortable. I've driven (iron man
style) from Boston, MA to Ft. Worth, TX in two days (700+ miles per day)
and back again with no back discomfort. I also iron-manned a trip from
Boston to Minnesota and back (4200 miles in 10 days with 4 days "sitting
around" at VTR ('98)... no back problems there.

I did have to drink a lot of caffiene, however.

My car is a '74 with the low-back seats.

Recovering and re-foaming was a good use of time/money.

Changing seats to something from the boneyard can be fun for the folks
that like to fabricate.

regards,
rml
