Ken---The carb needles are spring loaded and biased to one side. They are supposed to "wiggle." The only way I know of that you could be using or losing oil in the dampers is past the O-ring(s). Follow Robert's lead here. When this oil leaks out it gets diluted with fuel and sucked into the intake manifold. Most of the time without a trace. Dick T. '73 |
