HI JOHN,
If you had a lot of rain and had it covered with a plastic tarp, most likely
have a lot od condensation inside the car. You know that TR's are not air
tight, so with a lot of rain everything can get quite a bit of moisture on it
and with the plastic tarp not letting any moisture out you might see that on
the floorboards. I would use Eastwoods Corrless primer and then topcoat it.
It's really good rust inhibiting primer.
