Going by the haynes or bentley manual you have to mess with turning the crank 6 times. adjusting different valves each time In Chiltons for a straight 6 you get it at top dead center and adjust half then turn it 360 degrees and adjust the remaining half. so you're turning the crank one time only. We did it according to Chiltons last week and i'm going to dbl check them this evening. Is a straight 6 a straight 6 or is there a reason i should do it the Tr6 manuals way? thanks |
