All,
Problem solved with ignition light! Turns out that the connection from the
alternator at the positive battery cable wasn't being made. So I unwrapped the
link, cleaned it up, re-connected and warped it back up. Now I'm getting 14+
volts on the voltmeter from the new alternator!
