Peter, I would agree about the ratings system. It's extremely useful to the
buying community and the better and/or more frequent sellers live and die by
it. I'm watching a much coveted accessory right now... ;-)

What kind of rating did this seller have? Based on your description it must
not be so good?
I have returned parts to sellers when they were not as advertised with no
hassles. But I only buy from those with a good rating. The net empowers us
all quite a bit but with that comes the need to be more careful. Just my
opinion of course...
