Hi Joe,

15MPG does sound a bit on the thirsty side....are you getting any
pinging?....may want to check the timing. Is your choke completely open?
What is your idle set at?

With my 76 TR6 with O/D I've gotten as high as 31MPG on the highway at
55mph.....I was following my friend in his 62MGA. However in routine city
driving I get 20-21MPG unless I'm wearing a heavy right shoe, then it gets
down to about 18MPG.

Here in Wisconsin the roads are still covered with snow and sand...I'm
chomping at the bit waiting to get the TR6 out of the barn and onto the
road.

Hope this info helps.
