Mark-Shouldn't be a problem if you acquire all of the bits needed to do the 
conversion. If you didn't get the trans with the OD unit, you will need the 
following parts: an OD mainshaft, adapter plate, gasket set,  drill&tap the 
trans. top cover for the 2 isolator switches (or get a top cover from an OD 
tran), speedometer angle drive, OD speedo cable, wiring harness 
(upper&lower), relay, switch&escutcheon. Also, the trans will have to be 
disassembled to install the OD mainshaft and you might consider installing 
new bearings&seals and thrustwashers. Might as well replace the rear seal in 
the OD, clean the filter, and replace the o-rings on the operating pistons.
