I have two quick questions:
1) I just got my rear axles back from having new u-joints pressed in. What is
the best lubrication to use on the sliding splines where the two axle halves
come together ?
2) Is there a trick to pushing out the bushings in the trailing arms? I
didn't want to do it incorrectly and mess up the aluminum casting. The guy who
did the u-joints said that the bushings looked ok and didn't do them. I have
new harder bushings in hand and am not sure what to do.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
