ID plate

Happy New Year to al,

Can any one tell me which is the proper ID plate that is mounted on the
front left inner fender arch on a 74.5 TR6. The parts books seem to be
unclear as to which one to use, the foil emissions label or the metal ID
plate. I have what is left of two rivets at the mounting point but at
some of the shows I have seen both used.
