With the recent talk of TOB's - Has anyone checked with TRF to see if the heavy
duty TOB they sell is the same as the Toyota Landcruiser one? The reason I ask
is that mine is starting to whine (only when the clutch pedal is depressed). I
had the Toyota TOB installed by my "ex-mechanic" a few thousand miles ago. I am
pretty sure his parts supplier was Moss, though.
Maybe he was full of crap and it was a cheap TOB. I guess I'll find out when
the trans comes out again. All this after finally thinking I wouldn't have to
worry about my clutch for at least a few more years, what a downer!
