Door latches/strikers

Dear List,

Does anyone know what the color or finish of the door latches and door
strikers should be for a '72 TR6? I've cleaned mine up and they're ready
to put back on a fresh paint job and I'd like to keep them from rusting.
I was considering grey hammerrite or aluminum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
