Radiator Shroud & Intake

I have seen several TR6's with stainless radiator shrouds and air intakes
that seem to be fabricated as a set.  A single hose line runs from the
shroud to the air cleaner (carbs).  Who makes this....... Goodparts?  Any
feedback from an installation standpoint?
I have seen custom fabrications with the hose from the shroud to the stock
(early) air cleaner covers.  I understand that this will help keep the
engine temp lower.  Any other benefits?
