Kevin,
For the past 12 years I have used a NAPA 1034 Gold oil filter. It is exactly
the same as the 1516 Valerie suggested but about 3/8 of an inch shorter.
Either filter will do a great job of protecting your engine and both have
anti-drain back valves to keep the oil up in the engine for added starting
protection.
