Back to Timing Spec.

Jim, can it be summarized, then, to achieve the factory spec., that one 
simply hooks up the timing light, idle at 850 rpm, and rotate distributor to 
get timing at 4 degrees ATDC (leaving vacuum on distributor); set it and 
forget it (for a while)?  Thanks.
