Body off resto.

   hi
   I want to do a body off resto on my 71 tr6 but i have a few questions 
first. How many more hours does it take to do a body off restoration? Alos 
how much more does it increase the value of the car? If i do this then how 
would i go about it....take the body off then redo suspension brakes etc. 
then put the body back on and paint it or how?
