exhaust manifold bolt torque and manual

Greetings folks,
  would anyone know the torque settings for the TR6 exhaust manifold
bolts? Also, has anyone got a Bentley manual they'd like to sell at a
reasonable price. (covering the 76 TR6). Then I can ask only difficult
questions instead of the simple, lame ones. Thanks much,
