Hal---Other than purchasing a TR that already has an A/C installed and working, the SixPack Club newsletter that you mentioned is the most thorough that I've ever come across. It was so well written, that it even tempted me to consider doing this. But when cold air is a must, that's why there's also a Mustang GT in my garage.
