Had my non-functioning tachometer rebuilt and repair facility says that it is possible my [new] cable was the cause. Needless to say, I do not want to pay another hundred bucks to repair. (I know, I should have purchased a good used one!). Can anyone fill me in on just how a cable could cause a tach to break and then what do I do to prevent this from happening again? Thanks. |
